The Arizona Republic, Phoenix, Arizona, April 2011 Darcey Amelia Ryan passed away at the age of 53 in Phoenix, AZ while at her residence on April, 25th 2011. She was the child of James and Cleo Smith. She spent the last few years of her life tending to her aging mother Cleo Smith and prior to this she worked for Head Start caring for children, her passion! She is survived by her children Jeremy and Joshua Ryan and many others who would call her mom. Funeral arrangements are going to be held at Hampton Funeral Home in Prescott, AZ and she will be buried next to her mother, Cleo Smith. Memorial funds can be sent to Jeremy Ryan at 610 E Roosevelt St #148 Phoenix, AZ 85004. Hampton Funeral Home was entrusted with the arrangements. Darcey Ryan's life can be summed up by caring for the people around her.
