Mr. Hibbard, a WWII U.S. Army veteran, was born in Mount Holly, Ark. Services will be at 10 a.m. Monday, April 8, 2013, at the Arizona Pioneer Home, 300 S. McCormick St., Prescott, Ariz. Graveside service will be at 3 p.m. April 8, 2013, at Mountain View Cemetery, 7900 E. Main St., Mesa, Ariz. Memorials may be made to Prescott 1st Baptist Church Youth Ministry, 148 S.
