HAMMOND, Taunya (China Baby)

Norvel Owens Mortuary, Flagstaff, Arizona Taunya Hammond (July 19, 1966 - April 5, 2013) Taunya (China Baby) Hammond, 46, died peacefully in her home on April 5th, 2013. Taunya was a lifelong resident of Flagstaff, Arizona. Born July 19, 1966, she was the youngest of the six girls born to Wilton & Helen Hammond. She started a small business providing childcare services for infants and toddlers out of her own home in 2003, until the time of her passing. Her hobbies included spending quality time with her family, cooking, fishing, and painting. A few of her paintings are displayed in the homes of close friends and family members. A service of remembrance will take place Friday, April 12, 2013 at 2:00 pm at Norvel Owens Mortuary, 914 E. Route 66. Flagstaff Arizona.
