HAZEN, Mark K.

Arizona Silver Belt, Globe, Arizona, Wednesday, April 10, 2013 Mark K. Hazen, age 52, has passed away on April 5, 2013. He is proceeded in death by his father, Keith Hazen. He leaves behind his loving wife of 33 years, Julie Hazen; his daughter, Lexie Hazen; grandson, Kayson Lee Bosley; mother, Dolores Hazen; sister, Debbie Green (Dusty); niece, Buffy Green (Mike and Family); nephew, Dustin Green; (sons); brother, Michael Hazen (Chris and Family) as well as numerous family members and friends. At Mark’s request no services will be held. In lieu of flowers his request is for donations to be made to the National MS Society Arizona Chapter at 5025 E. Washington St. Suite 102, Phoenix, Az 85034-2005 or to the Copper Communities Hospice, 136 S. Broad St Globe, AZ 85501. The family would like to extend their gratitude to Copper Communities Hospice as well as all the friends and family who have gone above and beyond in our time of need.
