He was born to Vern and Olive Packard in Fullerton, Calif. He retired from the U.S. Air Force and then worked as a Facilities Manager in the food industry for many years. Ronald had been married to Esperanza Packard for 35 years and they have been living in Lake Havasu City for the past 13 years. Ronald is survived by his loving wife, Esperanza; his sons, Donald Packard, of Oregon, Gordon Packard, of California and his daughter, Debbie Packard. Thoughts and condolences may be submitted to the family at www.lietz-frazefuneralhome.com. Arrangements were placed under the care of Lietz-Fraze Funeral Home and Crematory.
