Today's News-Herald, Lake Havasu City, AZ - Posted: Wednesday, April 10, 2013 - On March 28, 2013 Belinda Lea Goode went to live with Jesus, Mary, Joseph and God. She was born Sept. 12, 1970, and was 42 years old. She leaves behind her mother, Jacque Goode; boyfriend, Kenny Hawthorn; brothers, Brian James, Chuck James and Roger Jessup; brother-in-law, Erik Lilla; sisters, Karla Goldsmith, Chris Krystyan and Bonnie Goode-Lilla; sister-in-law, Denise James and Jenny Jessup. Many nieces and nephews are left behind, but eight very special to her were Brandon, Clinton, Joseph, Sarah, Felicia, Erik, Ty and David. She had grand nieces and nephews, Alina, Justin, Elias, Damian and JW, who loved her dearly and she loved them. Belinda was a special child who loved people. She has competed in Special Olympics swimming, cheerleading, running, softball throw, field hockey, basketball, softball and loved attending and watching her friends compete. For the 35 years she lived in Lake Havasu City she made many friends. These friends will be able to celebrate her life at New Horizons Office located at 2045 Moyo Drive, Lake Havasu City, Saturday, April 13, from 3 to 6 p.m. Belinda’s family will be honored to have all her friends and their families attend this celebration.
