Shirley Heather Krize passed peacefully to Heaven with her family at her bedside on April 3, 2013.
Shirley is survived by her son Lee; her daughter-in-law Donna; two treasured grandchildren Joshua (Isabelle) and Heather (Joe); and seven great-grandchildren Devon (11), Jeriah (7), Israel (6), Jovey (3), Liam (2), Imani (2) and Jerni (1). Shirley is also survived by her brother Bob; and many nieces and nephews, who she dearly loved and treated as her own. With countless friends, loved and cherished, she was seldom alone.
Shirley was preceded in death by her parents, Glen and Fay Porter, brothers Keith and Lee, sisters Juanita and her loving husband Hank with whom she is once again dancing.
The family asks that in lieu of flowers, donations be made to the Myasthenia Gravis Foundation of America (www.myasthenia.org) or Shirley's favorite charity, the Wounded Warrior Project (www.woundedwarriorproject.org).
Memorial services will be at 11 a.m. Saturday, April 13, 2013, at Heritage Memory Mortuary, 131 Grove Ave., Prescott, Ariz.
