He was a long time resident of Winslow, and owner of Winslow Auto Upholstery for 46 years, until he retired in 2012. He is survived by his sons, Derrick Rutner (Burton), Donald Rutner, Todd Rutner; daughters, Deana Rutner, Yvette Dowd (Weishert), Tammi Rutner; parents, Donald & Jean Rutner; sister, Connie Rutner, brother, Michael Rutner and 10 grandchildren.
