Funeral services for Nella Allen Hatch, 82, who died on Tuesday, April 16, 2013, in Holbrook will be held April 20 at 11:00 am at the Holbrook Stake Center of the Church of Jesus Christ of Latter-day Saints.
Nella was born September 1, 1930 in Woodruff where she attended grade school. She graduated from Holbrook High School in 1949 and later worked for the schools as a baker. She is most remembered for her delicious cinnamon rolls. In addition to working for the schools.
Nella was a lifelong member of The Church of Jesus Christ of Latter-day Saints where she served faithfully in numerous positions. She also served with others in the renovation of the Woodruff Cemetery and the creation of Allen Park. She is remembered by friends and family as an industrious and fun loving woman of ability and talent.
Nella and her late husband, Frank Hatch was married in 1949 and lived in Holbrook for well over 50 years.
She is survived by her six children, 30 grandchildren, and 34 great-grandchildren and her sister, Joan Turley of Woodruff. Her children include Lindella Frenzel of Lake Stevens, WA., Susan Lovett of Kenai, AK., Connie Adamovich of Flagstaff, AZ., Frankie Karges of Boyne Island, Australia, Jenny Decker of Winslow, AZ., and Randy Hatch of Mesa, AZ.
The family expresses thanks to all who have visited Nella over the past few weeks of her fight with cancer.
