SHUGER, Mary Sue

(Maiden Name: Etheridge)

Mary Sue Shuger, resident of Fellowship Square, Mesa, AZ, passed away on May 27, 2007 of respiratory failure. Born July 18, 1922 in Cincinnati, OH to William and Margaret Etheridge, she was raised in Evansville, IN, graduating from Evansville University in 1944. She served in the Navy from 1945-47, then married George V.C. Shuger in 1948 and moved to Westminster, CO. In 1983 she retired from 30 years as a primary school teacher and retired to Dreamland Villa in Mesa. She is survived by her daughter, Suzanne Trad and granddaughter, Samantha Sue Trad Pstrossova. A memorial service will be held June 30th at Fellowship Square. Melcher Mission Chapel handled arrangements. 480-832-3500. Published in the East Valley Tribune on 6/5/2007.
