Carol was born June 12, 1948 in Detroit, Michigan to Elmer and Ethel Lock. She was primarily a homemaker and mother. She is survived by her husband William of Surprise and son William "Billy" (Heather) Kane of Surprise, Lynnette Broxson of Florida, Alison Rossello of Michigan, brothers Jimmy, Lenny, Tommy Lock and sister Priscilla Bilbery and 7 grandchildren. A Celebration of Life will be held Saturday, April 27, 2013 at 2:00 PM at Wickenburg Funeral Home.
