The Prescott Courier, Prescott, Arizona Territory Thursday, June 1, 1905 Fay White, Also known as Madge Leroy, an employee of a South Prescott resort, attempted suicide Tuesday night last by shooting herself in the abdomen. She was promptly removed to the Mercy hospital where surgical aid was had. Poor health and straightened financial circumstances are supposed to have been the cause of the rash act. ------------------ The Arizona Journal Daily Miner, Prescott Arizona Territory Sunday, June 4, 1905 Services over the remains of Mrs. Fay White were conducted at the undertaking parlors of F. F. Nevins yesterday afternoon. Quite a large attendance of friends of the deceased and her mother took part in the ceremonies, and followed the remains to the cemetery. Transcriber's note: Mrs. White is buried at the Citizens Cemetery in Prescott, Arizona.
