Celia S. Gately-Scott, 66, of Flagstaff, died Jan. 27, 2007. She was born April 23, 1940, in Cranston, R.I., to Albert and Clara Simpson. She was a member of the Eastern Stars and the Flagstaff Social Singles. She is survived by her three children. A memorial service was held Saturday at the Norvel Owens Mortuary Chapel, 914 E.
