Vick Vallejos Sherman, 47, resident of Lavonna, Ga., for the past 30 years, died April 5, 2013, in Gainsville, Ga., of kidney failure.

She was born Aug. 3, 1965, in Show Low and attended Round Valley High School.

She was preceded in death by Nick C. Vallejos Jr.

A memorial mass will be held at 11 a.m. Saturday, May 11, at St. Peters Catholic Church, with a reception following services at 1 p.m. at VFW Post 8987 in Eagar.
