CARR, Irene

Irene Ryan Carr, 62 years of age, from Sun City West, Arizona, passed away suddenly, but peacefully on Monday, April 26, 2004. 

Irene was born in Chicago, Illinois, and moved to the Phoenix area in 1971. She was the beloved wife of Robert H. Carr, caring mother of Mary (Royal Hedges) and Laura (Clint Zeiner) and adoring grandmother to Ashton, Clinton, Allyson and Chasen. She was a loving step-mother to Britt (Dawn) Carr and Graham Carr. Irene is survived by her twin sister, Ann (Donald Bergstrom), Trish (March Muscarello), and brother, Jim (Lisa Ryan) and eleven nieces and nephews. 

She was dearly loved by everyone who knew her and will be deeply missed. Burial will be private and a "Gathering to Celebrate Her Life" is planned for Saturday, May 15, 2004 at the Elks Club, 10760 Union Hills Drive in Sun City, Arizona. In lieu of flowers, donations may be given to the American Cancer Society or the Hospice Organization of your choice.
