KING, George W.

George W. King, 80, of Peoria, Arizona, passed away Monday, April 5, 2004 in Glendale, Arizona. George was born in Shawneetown, Illinois. He was active in the Navy for 8 years and in the Reserves for 24 years. He retired as a Central Intelligence Officer after 30 years. He was a member of the American Legion and Elks. George is survived by his wife Genevieve C. King of Peoria, Arizona; his children: Billy, Ann, Pam and Allen of Phoenix, Arizona; his grandchildren: Larry, Eric, Geoffrey, Rebecca and Genevieve; and his great grandchild Jordan. Services were Monday, April 12, 2004 at Elizabeth Seaton, 9728 W. Palmeras in Sun City, Arizona. Memorials may be sent to the American Cancer Society.
