Norma Henderson Frary passed away October 29, 2008, in Gold Canyon, Arizona. Born August 1, 1927 in Basin, Wyoming.
She spent most of her adult life in Laramie, Wyoming, with time spent in Corvallis, Oregon and Washington, D.C. before moving to Arizona in 1999.
Norma was married to Robert F. Frary in 1947. She was mother to two sons, Robert Allyn Frary, and Steven Bruce Frary.
She was loved by all for cheerful wit and unbounded kindness to all she knew. She is survived by her son, Robert; daughter-in-law, Lark Frary; grandchildren, Tiffany, Chad, and Linda; and her brother and sister-in-law, Richard and Myrna Henderson of Cody, Wyoming.
Norma had a wonderful and varied career working in Accounting at the University of Wyoming; the University of Wyoming Credit Union, and spent several years working for the Wyoming Legislature in Cheyenne during sessions; and spending two great years working in the office of Senator Al Simpson in Washington, D. C.
After returning from their time in Washington where Bob worked for the Department of Agriculture, she owned and operated her own small accounting firm until her retirement in 1996. She had a passion for her country, and the world around her. She played and competed at Bridge for her entire life, and was able to enjoy the game until her death. Norma will be missed by everyone who knew her, and will be remembered as a true and dedicated friend, mother and grandmother.
