Newspaper Unknown August 2, 1995 Herbert Bowman Funeral services for Herman Bowman, 61, a resident of Prescott for 15 years were held last Thursday at Memory Chapel with the Rev. Vern Baker and the Rev. Stanley Unruh officiating. Burial was in the Mountain View Cemetery. A retired painter, Mr. Bowman was a deacon of the Southern Baptist Church here. He was an Army veteran of World War II and a life member of Disabled American Veterans. He was a native of Arkansas and died August 12 at the Veterans Administration Hospital. Surviving are his wife, Agnes, of Prescott; a son, John, of Woodinville, Washington; his mother, Mrs. A. J. Bowman, and a brother and sister, all of Dardanelle, Ark., and two grandsons.
