He was a self employed mechanic. He was a Christian and attended Mountain Top Assembly of God. He enjoyed watching football and baseball, rooting for the Dallas Cowboys, and the Dodgers. He also enjoyed ranching and motorcycles. He is survived by this parents, Jess Riggs, Sr. and Sarah Riggs; maternal grandmother Clara Savage; paternal grandmother Elsie Riggs; brothers, Jesse Riggs, Jr. and Darrell Riggs (Tanya) Preceded in death by his grandfather Wayne Riggs.
