West Valley View, Avondale, Arizona, Friday, May 03, 2013 Stephen H. Penney, 52, of Neosho, Mo., and formerly of Tolleson died April 28, 2013, at his home following an illness. Mr. Penney was born Sept. 4, 1960, in Phoenix to the Rev. Herbert and Irene Penney. He lived most of his life in Arizona until moving to Neosho in July 2012. He worked as a fireman deputy chief and a paramedic at the Fire District of Sun City West. He married Deyon Clark Penney on April 16, 1994, in Tolleson. He is survived by his wife, Deyon Clark Penney; two sons, Mitchel Penney of Phoenix and Kohl Penney of Neosho, Mo.; one brother, Matthew Penney of Arizona; and one sister, Jackie Lane of Riverton, Wyo. Funeral services will be Saturday at Clark Funeral Home, Chapel of Memories Neosho in Neosho, Mo. The family will hold a memorial service in Phoenix at a later date. Memorials can be made to the Stephen H. Penney Education Fund for his sons' educations. Funeral arrangements were made by Clark Funeral Home in Neosho, Mo.
