 Dale Menzo VanSlyke, 79, passed away on Sunday, April 28, 2013 at the Polidori House in Lake Havasu City. He was born July 14, 1933, in Palo Alto, Calif., to Ernest and Balbena (Tenchiera) VanSlyke.

Dale moved to Lake Havasu City 15 years ago, coming from Lake Almanor, Calif. He was a member of the ELKS BPOE. Dale always wore his black hat that said, "Good guys wear white hat.”

Dale is survived by his wife, Wanda, of Lake Havasu City; daughters, Cindy and Tammy; and a son, Chris.

Arrangements are under the care of Lake Havasu Mortuary and Crematory.
