Kingman Daily Miner, Kingman, AZ - Published on May 1, 2013 - Vicki Lynn Bell, born July 13, 1948, passed away on Friday, April 26, 2013, at about 9 a.m. due to complications arising from cancer. She is survived by her children, Tami Frederick, Nathan Bell and Jennifer Hayes. Her children remember her as a beautiful and strong woman both in her day-to-day life and with her faith in Christ. She instilled lifelong skills and values in her children, above all to love the Lord. She was widowed by her husband, Clarence Richard Bell, only this past June. She went home to be with him on his birthday! Her family believes that it was no coincidence, but rather the will of God to reunite them on that special day. Her family will go on remembering her, loving her and being eternally grateful for the woman she was, and they will look forward to the day they all meet again in Heaven! The following verses were given to Vicki's children by God through a devotional on the morning she passed. God always meets us in our time of need! (2 Corinthians 4:16-18; Psalm 89:15). A memorial service date will be announced.
