Natalie Christine Phillips, 25, passed away on April 13, 2004.
She received a double lung and heart transplant in 1989 and her mother gave her a kidney in 1997. She was the longest surviving pediatric double lung, heart, kidney recipient in the world. She touched the lives of many people with her strength and positive outlook on life. She was an artist and the Librarian Assistant at West View High School. She was a proud member of Transplant Team Arizona.
Visitation Friday, April 16, at the Chapel of the Chimes 7924 N. 59th Ave. in Glendale. Services Saturday, April 17 at the Chapel of the Chimes Mortuary. Interment at Resthaven Park Cemetery.
Natalie is survived by her mother, Lisa Nickell, stepfather, Matt Nickell, father Stan Phillips, grandmother Ruby Phillips, grandfather and grandmother, Byron and Pat Patterson and many caring aunts, uncles and cousins.
