POLAK, Alexander

Alexander Polak, 87, passed away on April 14, 2004 in Sun City, AZ. 

Alex was born to Stanley and Mary Polak on Oct. 25, 1916 in Chicago where he lived and worked until moving to AZ in 1988. 

While in Az. he was active at the PV. Senior Center, taking bus trips, playing cards, & bingo. 

Survivors include his loving companion of 14 years, Frances Gatke; son, Raymond (Connie) Polak; grandsons, Duncan (Kelly) and David and great-grandchildren Colin and Rhiannon; sisters Helen Starzyk, Florence Miller and Stella Ramel. He was preceded in death by his mother and father; wives, June & Dorothy; sister Lillian and brother Frank. 

Funeral mass Friday at St. Clement of Rome Church in Sun City. In lieu of flowers please donate to a charity or church of your choice.
