West Valley View, Avondale, Arizona, Tuesday, May 07, 2013 Pete Baltier, 62, of Avondale died May 2, 2013. Mr. Baltier was born June 6, 1950, in Chihuahua, Mexico. He is survived by his wife, Frances Baltier; six daughters, Luz Angelica Baltier, Monica Cecilia Baltier, Rosemary Villegas, Dolores Jackson, Diane Cole and Dorothy Schmidt; four sons, Manuel Baltier, Pedro Antonio Baltier, Robert Villegas and Pete Villegas; six sisters, Manuela Baltier, Amada Baltier, Silvia Baltier, Renata Baltier, Oliva Baltier and Maria de la Paz Baltier; three brothers, Andres Baltier, Eliodoro Baltier and Jose Baltier; 30 grandchildren; and 14 great-grandchildren.
