Fern Cook, 82, formerly of Prescott, passed away Friday, April 26, 2013 in Lake Havasu City, Ariz. She was born Sept. 12, 1933, in Stigler, Okla. 

Fern is survived by daughter Charlotte Champlin; son-in-law Bill; grandsons Aaron and Tyler; and great-granddaughter Brynna.
