DUSMAN, Richard (Dick)

The Daily Courier, Prescott, Arizona, Friday, May 10, 2013 Richard "Dick" Dusman, 69, of Prescott, Ariz., passed away Sunday May 5, 2013, after a long-term illness. He was born in 1944 in Brooklyn, N.Y., to Edward and Margaret Dusman and is preceded in death by his parents and his older brother Edward. Dick is survived by his wife Kris and her son Ben; his ex-wife Judy and their children Kenneth Dusman and Karen Dusman; his sisters Barbara and Carole; and many nieces and nephews. After time in the Marine Corps and spending time helping build the lunar landing module, he spent his life working in sales and marketing, helping change how we use technology and computers today and helping bring some of the greatest innovations in printing and publishing to the forefront of American society. In 1995, he relocated to Prescott, Ariz., starting Homes & Land and LOL Magazines. After the private family service Friday, May 10, 2013, there will be a celebration of life at a later date. He was always quick with a laugh and a smile and never hesitated to help a person in need. We will all miss his larger-than-life presence and his big deep voice. In lieu of flowers, donations may be made in Richard Dusman's name to The Wounded Warriors Project, www.woundedwarriorproject.org. Information provided by survivors.
