Mohave Daily News, Mohave Valley, AZ - Published in Mohave Daily News Online from May 10 to May 17, 2013 - Frances Ellen Di Tommaso, age 80, a 26-year resident of Laughlin, Nev., passed away peacefully surrounded by family on Thursday, May 2, 2013 at her home in Laughlin. Frances was born March 18, 1933 in Los Angeles, Calif., daughter of Myles and Elizabeth Underwood, and was one of eight children. She was an active member of St. John the Baptist Catholic Church. Frances was always in constant prayer for the needs of her family and many, many others. We will always feel her presence in our lives. Frances was preceded in death by her parents, Myles and Elizabeth; brothers, Robert and Richard; and sisters, Dolores Knaggs and Dorthy Sitton. Frances is survived by her husband, Anthony; daughters, Patrice (Reed) Barnes of Lebec, Calif., Charlotte (Joe) Ortega of Santa Clarita Valley, Calif., Mary (Jim) Fasciotti of Ashland, Mo., Genevieve Delaune of Broken Arrow, Okla.; sons, Richard Di Tommaso of Laughlin, Nev., Tony (Gail) Di Tommaso of Lancaster, Calif.; sisters, Genevieve and Arlene Underwood, and Pat Morrow; fifteen grandchildren; and eight great-granchildren. She will be laid to rest on Saturday, May 11, 2013 at the San Fernando Mission Mortuary and Cemetery in California.
