Stephen Ochoa, the well-known Tucson contractor, was shot and fatally wounded, Sunday evening, by a Mexican laborer named Borquez, who had been in the employ of Mr Ochoa. The Mexican was drunk and demanded money of Mr Ochoa, and upon his refusal, shot him, with the above results. The murderer was captured just as he was preparing to leave town.
