Lietz-Fraze Funeral Home and Cremaory - Lake Havasu City, AZ - Margaret Mildred Deck passed away on Wednesday, November 23, 2011 at her residence at the age of 82. She was born on August 14, 1929 in Port Angeles, WA to Arthur and Nettie (Waddell) Murray. Margaret had resided in Lake Havasu City for the past 17 years, moving here from Polson, MT. Prior to moving to Montana, Margaret lived in Anderson, AK where she worked as a clerk for ITT Felec Services and she also worked in the mail room at Clear Air Force Base. She was a member of the B.P.O. Elks Lodge No. 1551 in Fairbanks, AK, B.P.O. Elks Lodge #2399 of Lake Havasu City, Moose Lodge of Lake Havasu City and a member of the N.R.A. Margaret loved horses, loved her family and friends but most importantly, she loved life. Margaret is survived by hers son, Gary Harris and his wife Patty of Harrisburg, OR, Dan Harris of Hawaii and Russell Harris of Tacoma, WA; daughter Kim Jordan and her husband Mike of Federal Way, WA; step-son, Michael Deck and his wife Donna of Rohnert Park, CA; sisters Judy Ladines of Lake Havasu City, Sandy Hutton of Nine Miles Falls, WA and Kathleen Stone of Olympia, WA as well as eight grandchildren and six great grandchildren. She was preceded in death by her husband of 37 years, Donald Deck. No services will be held. Donations may be made in Margaret’s name to Hospice of Havasu, PO Box 597, Lake Havasu City, AZ 86405.
