The Arizona Republic, Phoenix, Arizona July 27, 2008 Cecilia Romero Encinas 93 of Chandler, AZ. Passed away peacefully on July 22, 2008. She was preceded in death by her husband of 54 years Manuel. A Chandler resident since the age of 5. She was born in Barral, Sinaloa, Mexico in 1914. She is survived by her 3 children, Eddie Encinas, Albert Encinas, and Clara Margaret Sanchez (Carlos), Brother Tony Romero (Sacremento, CA), Sister Paulina Medina (Chandler, AZ), She leaves 10 Grandchildren, 29 Great-Grandchildren, and 3 Great-Great Grandchildren. She was a member of the Choir at St. Mary's in Chandler for over 10 years. She was also a member of the Guadelupanas Organization for over 5 years. Visitation will be held at St. Mary's Catholic Church, 230 W. Galveston St. Chandler, AZ, on Monday July 28, 2008 from 6 - 8pm. Funeral services will be held at St. Mary's Catholic Church on Tuesday at 10:00 pm. Interment will be at City of Mesa Cemetery following Services.
