Anna Lee Slivka, 83, passed away peacefully on 27 April 2013. She is survived by her children Scott (Jackie) Slivka, Shawna (Paul) Ellsworth, 11 grandchildren, and a growing number of great-grandchildren. 

Funeral services are Tuesday, 21 May 2013 at 10 AM at the LDS Sunny Mesa Ward, 4640 E. Holmes in Mesa. This will be preceded by a viewing at 9 AM. Anna Lee will join her husband, George Slivka Jr., in the National Memorial Cemetery of Arizona.
