The Daily Courier, Prescott, Arizona Wednesday, February 11, 2009 Cody Michael Green, 20, of Prescott, Ariz., born Jan. 22, 1989, in Phoenix, Ariz., passed away Feb. 9, 2009, at Yavapai Regional Medical Center in Prescott. A visitation will be from 10 a.m. to 2 p.m. Thursday, Feb.12, 2009, at the Arizona Ruffner Wakelin Funeral Home, 303 S. Cortez St., Prescott. Arizona Ruffner Wakelin Funeral Home assisted the family with final arrangements. ---------------------------------------------- Cody Michael Green 1/22/1989 - 2/9/2009 Cody Michael Green died on Monday, February 9, 2009 at Yavapai Regional Medical Center in Prescott, Arizona. Born on January 22, 1989 in Phoenix, Arizona, he waas the son of Chester and Patricia (Cavett) Green. He was 20 years old. Cody was a published author, with a second book soon to be published. He enjoyed reading, writing, and computers. He loved spending time with his family and friends. He was most proud of his writing, his brother, Austin, and his girlfriend, Stephanie. Cody is survived by his parents, Chester and Patricia Green, of Prescott; sister Sarah Green of Nebraska; brothers, Austin Green of Prescott, Jason Dishon of Smiths Grove, Kentucky, and Zohn Dishon of Glasgow, Kentucky; and many nieces and nephews.
