Harold "Hal" Handley of Prescott, Ariz., born March 16, 1918, in Detroit, Mich., passed away Jan. 8, 2013.

Services will be 11:30 a.m. May 20, 2013. Inurnment will follow at 1 p.m. at the Prescott National VA Cemetery with full military honors.
