Greer's Mortuary of Winslow is handling the arrangements. ~~~~~ Greer’s Mortuary of Winslow, Winslow, Arizona David Thomas November 25, 1949 - May 11, 2013 Funeral services for David Thomas, 63, will be held at 10:00 a.m., MST, Saturday, May 18th, 2013 at the Pentecostal Church of God in Holbrook with Pastor Jerry Keams, officiating. Interment will follow in the Holbrook City Cemetery. David was born on November 25, 1949 in Indian Wells, Arizona. He passed away on Saturday, May 11, 2013 in Phoenix, Arizona. His maternal clan was the Big Water People and his paternal clan was the Towering House People. David was a journeyman carpenter and he used his skills to build many things. He enjoyed doing ranch work in Indian Wells and watching John Wayne movies. Mostly he enjoyed his children and grandchildren. David is survived by his four daughters, Jolene Thomas, Silena Thomas, Davina Thomas and Delphina Thomas all of Phoenix; four sisters, Anna Billie of Phoenix, Helen Yazzie Johnson of Indian Wells, Suzie Lake from Black Mesa and Mori Judge of Indian Wells ; three brothers, Jerry Thomas of Indian Wells, Davis Thomas of Santa Fe, New Mexico and Jeff Thomas of Holbrook; and 6 grandchildren.
