ARNOLD, James Casper

Lietz-Fraze Funeral Home and Crematory - Lake Havasu City, AZ - James Casper Arnold, 64, passed away in Lake Havasu City, AZ on August 30, 2006. He was born on April 18, 1942 in Omaha, NE, the son of Kermit and Lenora (Schirkosky) Arnold. Mr. Arnold grew up in Phillips, NE, graduating from Phillips High School in 1961. Following graduation, he worked at the Cornhusker Army Ammunition Plant. He entered the United States Army on February 4, 1964, serving during the Vietnam War at Cameron Bay. He was honorably discharged on January 29, 1966. Following his discharge he was employed with the Canadian National Railroad in Flint, MI until his retirement. He then returned to Grand Island. Jim made Lake Havasu his home in 2000. Survivors included 2 sons, David Arnold of Kansas City, MO and James Arnold of Jefferson City, MO; 4 grandchildren and his friend, John Preisendorf. He was preceded in death by parents and brother, Frank Arnold. Mr. Arnold will be cremated. Memorials are suggested to the donor’s choice.
