ANDRESS, Beatrice Rose

The Daily Courier, Prescott, Arizona, Thursday, May 16, 2013 Beatrice Rose Andress, born July 10, 1913, in Sherry, Wis., died May 9, 2013, when God whispered her name. She was blessed with amazing good health and her almost 100 years of living found her always caring and giving of herself. Widowed in 1983, she is survived by a son, Donald D. Andress (Norma) of Las Vegas; and a daughter, Barbara Van Ummersen (Jerry) of Prescott; and seven adult grandchildren, Susan, Don, Bob and Twyla and Katrina, Kirsten and Karl. Her years in Prescott included three years at the Bradshaw Senior Community where she was happy and secure. She was a wonderful mother in every way and, when we count our blessings, we count her twice. Rest in peace, Mom. She died peacefully at the Rose Lane Adult Care Home, where she received personal, attentive care the last months. The family also wishes to thank Hospice Family Care for their services. Heritage Memorial Mortuary is taking care of cremation with internment at Trails End Cemetery in Tahoe City, Calif. Information provided by survivors.
