West Valley View, Avondale, Arizona, Friday, May 17, 2013 Veronica Martinez, 20, of Phoenix and formerly of Tolleson died May 12, 2013. Miss Martinez was born Jan. 2, 1993, in Phoenix to Francisco and Silvia Martinez. She is survived by her parents, Francisco and Silvia Martinez; one brother, Andres Martinez; one sister, Guadalupe Quevedo Martinez; and one grandmother, Josefa Martinez. Visitation will be from 9 to 10 a.m. today with a funeral service at 10 a.m. at Iglesia Evangelical, 2925 W. Polk St. in Phoenix. Interment will follow at Holy Cross Cemetery, 10045 W. Thomas Road in Avondale. Funeral arrangements were made by Advantage Crystal Rose Funeral Home in Tolleson.
