Born Nov. 20, 1953, in Los Angeles, Calif., Jed passed away at home on May 5, 2013. A very special thank you to Hospice Family Care staff, nurse Dena, Paulette and Leslie; caregiver and friend Donna and nurse practitioner and friend Tammy Turner. Jed is survived by his devoted life partner of 21 years, Roberta Shaw; daughter, Heidi Wessel; loving parents, Edgar and Lona Wessel; brother, Jon Wessel and partner, Tom; sister, Wendy Wessel and Roberta's family.
