She was born on May 7, 1969 in San Carlos to Perez Nosie and Arminda Upshaw Nosie. An Awake will be held beginning at 4:00 p.m. on Saturday, May 25th at the Nosie residence in Bylas. The funeral will be held at 1:00 p.m. on Sunday, May 26th at the Lighthouse Assembly of God Church in Bylas. Pastor Vernon Poncho will conduct the services.
