The Arizona Republic, Phoenix, Arizona, July 22, 2006 Richard Cychowski, 53, of Mesa, passed away on Wednesday, July 19, 2006, at his home after a courageous battle with cancer. Richard was born March 2, 1953 in Poland. He is survived by his loving wife Grace, and their two daughters: Agata and Justyna; his mother: Henryka Malkowski Cychowski. He is also survived by his loving family in Poland; one sister: Bozena and two brothers: Andrew and Jerry. He is preceded in death by his father: Joseph Cychowski. Visitation for Richard will be on Sunday, Jyly 23, 2006 from 3:00 to 5:00 pm at Mariposa Gardens Cemetery Chapel. 6747 E. Broadway Road, Mesa, AZ.
