Today's News-Herald, Lake Havasu City, AZ - Posted: Tuesday, May 21, 2013 - Michael Dwayne Stutler, age 62, went home to be with The Lord May 6, 2013. Born Sept 6, 1950 in Fullerton, Calif. to Dwayne and June Stutler of Brea, Calif., he was preceded in death by his Dad, Mom and daughter Rachel. You are invited to a celebration of his life Thursday, May 23 at 3 p.m., Kingman First Assembly, 1850 Gates Ave., Kingman. Michael is survived by his wife, Marcia; and his son, Jeremy, and wife, Jessica, their children, Devan, Madison, Sydney and Kole; son, Jacob and wife, Summer, their children, Grace and Preston; son, Jonathan and wife, Liz, their children, Lilly and Kate; adopted sons, Jared and Jake Micah Rundell; his brother, Frank (Robin) Stutler and sisters, Lucinda Barr and Donna Stutler. Mike grew up in Brea, Calif., graduated from Brea-Olinda High in 1968, married Marcia Morrison in 1972 and moved to Arizona in 1976. After living on the River near Parker for a year, the Stutler’s moved to Lake Havasu City. They owned MGM Drywall in Lake Havasu City before forming Phillips & Stutler Custom Homes. They moved to Bullhead in 2000 where they established Visions & Dreams Sleep Shop. In 2006 they moved to their ranch outside of Kingman. Mike, along with his son Jake, worked at Martin Swanty Hyundai in Kingman where Mike loved the people and loved competing, often succeeding in being the top salesman of the month. Mike and his family were active members of Kingman First Assembly of God. Mike loved horses, fishing, hunting and working around his ranch. He was an awesome dad, husband, grandpa, brother and uncle. He was a wonderful friend to so many and will be missed terribly. His greatest desire is that all who knew him will join him in heaven one day through Jesus Christ our Lord and Savior.
