BROWN,
James H.
Arizona Journal – Miner, Prescott, Arizona
Saturday, September 21, 1912
J. T. Brown telegraphed yesterday afternoon from Oceanside, California, that his father had succumbed to illness and that the remains would be brought to Prescott for burial.
The deceased will be favorably remembered as a pioneer resident, and for many years occupied the well-known Brown ranch on the Copper Basin road with his estimable wife, who passed away over 10 years ago. Since that time the deceased has resided in California, and up to a few months ago had been enjoying exceptionally good health.
He requested that when the end came his body be laid by the side of his wife, and accordingly this will be followed out.
Mrs. Brown is buried in the Citizens cemetery, and the body of the husband is expected to arrive today or tomorrow.
