Martinez, age 77, passed away on Sunday May 19, 2013, in Bullhead City, Ariz. after a battle with cancer. Loved by all, he was surrounded by his loving family, friends, and the holy spirit during his passing. He was born August 2, 1935, in Ciudad Morelos, Mexico. ~He moved to Mohave Valley with his wife Ramona in 1968 to better his family. He worked for McCormick Construction as a heavy equipment operator for most of his life before retiring in 2004. ~He loved to watch and participate in baseball and boxing, but he loved nothing more then spending time with his family. Together with his wife, Ramona of 58 years, they had 10 children, 30 grandchildren, and 17 great-grand-children. ~A rosary service will be held at 12:00pm on Friday, May 24, 2013 at St. Margaret Mary's Church, 1691 N. Oatman Rd. Bullhead City, Ariz. A funeral mass will be held at 10:00am on Saturday, May 25, 2013 also at St. Margaret Mary's. ~Following the mass a burial service will be held Desert Lawn Cemetery, 925 Ranchero Ln. Mohave Valley, Ariz.
