East Valley Tribune, Tempe, Arizona ~ April 2008 Karl Edward Johansen, 39, of Casa Grande, AZ passed away on April 5, 2008 in Casa Grande. He was born on October 22, 1968 in Anchorage, AK. At the age of 8, he moved to Arizona where he later graduated from Chandler High School in 1986 and then from the University of Phoenix in 2007 with a Bachelor's Degree in Business Administration. Some of Karl's greatest pleasures were team roping and playing golf. Left to cherish his memory are his parents, Jerold and Karen Johansen of Chandler, AZ and Anchorage, AK; his brother, Keith Johansen (Cheri) of Cooper, TX; and his sister, Kathy Johansen-Kruskie (William) and their son, Tristian of Anchorage, AK. Visitation with be held on Wednesday, April 9, 2008 from 6-8:00 PM with a Rosary service at 7:00 PM at Bueler Mortuary, 14 W. Hulet Dr., Chandler, AZ.
