She was born on July 15, 1921 in Acme, WY; to John Mitchell and Lena Frieda (Yost) Baxter. Kathryn moved to Lake Havasu City, AZ; 11 years ago from Arvada, CO. She worked as a secretary for Fitzsimons Army Medical Center in Aurora, CO; and was a member of Epsilon Sigma Alpha sorority. Kathryn is survived by her daughter, Kathryn Jeanette Martin-Rubenking of Lake Havasu City, AZ; grandchildren, Timothy Todd Rubenking, Cory Lance Rubenking and wife Lori, Robert Alan Bubenking and wife Bailey and 11 great grandchildren. She was preceded in death by her parents, husband, James Gibson Marrs, and brother, John Mitchell Baxter III.Kathryn’s whole life revolved around her family. She will be dearly missed.
