He is survived by his two daughters Laura Hughes-Stiverson of Prescott Valley, AZ and Stephanie Hughes of Phoenix, AZ; and his sister Marcella Jo Lawlor of Phoenix, AZ. Victor lived 68 years, 11 months, and 27 days.
