He was born May 18, 1932 in Trelew Chubut, Argentina to James Williams and Isabela Maria Humphreys. He has joined his son, Powell Dewey Williams who passed away March 10, 2005 at the age of 27. Howell worked as a Chemical Engineer and has made Lake Havasu his residence for the last 21 ½ years. Howell is survived by his wife of 40 years Gilma Judith Williams of Lake Havasu City, AZ; daughter Lisa Victoria Williams, son in law Steven LeProhon and grandson Tanner of Lake Havasu City, AZ; Sister in law Sandra Parish and her husband Steve Parish.
