The White Mountain Independent, Show Low, Arizona ~ 05/31/2013 Tya Jean Hemphill Foster was called to be with our Lord June 1, 2012. She was born Feb. 9, 1980, in Idabell, Okla. She is survived by her father Rockey Hemphill; mother Julia James; brother Charles A. Hemphill; two sons: David Booth III and Dallas Hemphill; and daughter Samantha Duran Leli. A memorial service will be held at 1 p.m. Saturday, June 1, at the Lakeside Cemetery.
