BRALLEY, Kimberly (Kim)

The White Mountain Independent, Show Low, Arizona ~ 05/31/2013 Kimberly Bralley Kim Bralley, 52, passed away May 18, 2013, from esophageal cancer. She was born Kimberly Lappe in Carroll, Iowa, Feb. 6, 1961. She grew up in Lidderdale, Iowa, and Sepulvada, Calif. She lived in and around the Show Low area of Arizona as a young woman, where she married and later divorced Brian Bralley. She moved to Phoenix and then to Oregon with their daughter, Nora. She worked as a router and office manager for Delivery Plus in Eugene for many years. Kim loved working on her house and in her yard. She had an amazing green thumb and could grow anything indoors or outdoors. Kim was preceded in death by brother Matthew, father Elmer Lappe Sr., stepfather Al Schwartz, and her cat Zoe. She is survived by her mother Justyne Schwartz; daughter and son-in-law Nora and Chris Sachs; and siblings: Vicki, Roxanne, John, Anna, Mark, Elmer Jr., Mary Jo, Louis and Luke. They remember her with this letter. Dearest Kim: In the end it is not a question of life or death; it is a transformation and with your time spent with us you managed to make our lives more joyous and meaningful. We will remember the funny way you could tell a story, your straight shooting truthfulness, your quirky obsessive neatness, your common sense attitude about life, and your love for home and family. Our hearts will carry you further and our love will hold the thought of you throughout our journey. May the grace of God be with you on yours.
